The Gravenstein Apple Fair is Saturday & Sunday, August 8th & 9th, 2026, from 10AM to 6PM each day.

Discounted advance tickets are available now online. Single-day general admission tickets will also be available at the gate the weekend of the Fair, but not at the discounted rate. Artisan Tasting Grove and VIP Lounge tickets are only available for purchase online in advance.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

Tickets are good for either Saturday or Sunday admission, your choice. Includes access to all main Fair offerings. Artisan Tasting Grove and VIP Lounge access not included.

Adult (13+): $23 ($30 after August 7th)
Child (6-12): $10 ($15 after August 7th)
Kids 5 and Under: FREE (No ticket required)
Family Pass (2 adults, 2 children): $55 (Online only, until August 7th)

* Note: General Admission tickets for Seniors (age 65+), First Responders, Active Military, and Veterans are $23 at the gate the weekend of the Fair (may be asked to show ID.)

General Admission tickets and Family Passes are valid for either Saturday OR Sunday entry, your choice.

Artisan Tasting Grove and VIP ticket holders must select Saturday OR Sunday when purchasing tickets.

General Admission ticket holders and Will Call enter at the Main Gate where day-of tickets are sold, close to the entrance of Ragle Park.

Advance ticket holders will have have their own line for faster entry.

Artisan Tasting Grove and VIP ticket holders enter at the Artisan Tasting Grove/VIP Gate adjacent to the Main Gate.

Yes, re-entry to the Fair is permitted on the same day of entry. Hands must be stamped at the exits for re-entry.

Low-back chairs are permitted, but we don’t allow folks to set up blankets. We provide picnic tables, bench seating, and straw bale perches set up throughout the grounds.  

On-site parking at Ragle Ranch Park is available until the lot is full.  Parking fees are $10/vehicle.

FREE ADA parking is available on-site.

There are FREE satellite parking lots with shuttle buses running all day during Fair hours.

Parking at all locations is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not reservable. No advance parking passes are available.

On-site parking fees are $10/vehicle.

FREE shuttle buses sponsored by Sonoma County Ag + Open Space will run regularly between three FREE satellite parking locations:

Holy Ghost Hall at 7960 Mill Station Road

The Canopy (O’Reilly) Lot at 1005 Gravenstein Hwy North

Redwood Marketplace at 830 Gravenstein Hwy North

Shuttle service starts at 9:45 AM and the last shuttle leaves the fair at 7:00 PM.

FREE bicycle valet is located at the Bike Parking area at the main entrance. Bike Parking is staffed from 9:30 AM until 6:00 PM.

We are working to enhance accessibility for persons of all abilities but note that not all areas are accessible due to natural terrain. In partnership with Sonoma County Regional Parks, this year we are using a mobility product called AccessTrax to provide accessible routes in key areas. Our commitment to accessibility is multi-year, and we will continue to work to enhance accessibility for persons of all abilities. If you are unable to access certain areas of the Fair, we will do our best to assist. 

Accessible accommodations provided by Sonoma County Regional Parks with funding from the nonprofit Sonoma County Parks Foundation. The Parks Foundation welcomes online donations for Regional Parks Accessibility projects here.

Note that by traversing the grounds with AccessTrax, fairgoers accept all risk and waive all claims against Sonoma County Farm Trails and Sonoma County Regional Parks.

Yes, ADA parking is available on-site. It is free. Fairgoers must display an ADA placard or license plate. It is located on the right side after entering through the Main Gate. Parking attendants will assist.

Yes, there is a loading zone near the Main Entrance. Parking attendants will direct to the proper location.

Yes, our free shuttles are equipped for wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Ask the driver if you need assistance.

You may bring any mobility aid you wish, including wheelchairs, assistive strollers, scooters, walkers, and canes. While we do our best to compact the ground and minimize dust, note that the Fair is held in a regional park with natural terrain that may be uneven, have some slope, or have loose soil. We encourage the use of motorized wheelchairs and small scooters with tires that can traverse natural terrain (compacted grass, loose soil, sand, etc.). We do not offer any mobility aids at the Fair. 

Yes, bonafide service animals are allowed in all areas of the Fair. Due to Health Department regulations, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. 

Yes, persons who need extra assistance entering the Fair may use the entrance marked VIP/Artisan Tasting Grove/Vendors/Volunteers. This entrance is marked with AccessTrax mobility tiles. Note that Security and Gate personnel may offer an alternate route into the Fair depending on crowds and conditions, but they do prioritize ease of entry for persons with disabilities.

Yes. There is one dedicated ADA portable restroom (for ADA use only) near the Info Booth; two ADA portable restrooms and one ADA handwashing station near the Early Days Engines; two ADA portable restrooms and one ADA handwashing station near the Food Court; one ADA portable restroom in the VIP Lounge; and one ADA portable restroom at the Artisan Tasting Grove.

Yes, there are four seating areas for persons with disabilities. They are signed and located near the Info Booth, Music Stage, Food Court, and near Farm Yard.

Our commitment to accessibility is multi-year, and we will continue to work to enhance accessibility for persons of all abilities. If you are unable to access certain areas of the Fair, we will do our best to assist. 

Some options include:

Wait in one of our ADA seating areas and ask your companion to retrieve an item for you (e.g. food, drink, vendor, samples from Artisan Tasting Grove or VIP Lounge). If no companion is available, one of our Fair volunteers will be happy to assist you.

Inform vendor that you cannot reach/see an item, or ask one of the Fair volunteers to do so, so that vendor can bring item to you in an accessible location.

We are happy to work with you to find a solution so that you can enjoy the Fair to the fullest degree possible!

Yes, we have a private Sensory Calming Tent located near the Kids’ Area. The Kids’ Area also has a section dedicated to sensory experiences to help children regulate and return to the liveliness of the Fair.

No pets are allowed. Only service animals are allowed on the grounds. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Please do not leave animals in parked cars.

The dog park will open to the public, but parking is not guaranteed.

No outside food or beverages are permitted within the fairgrounds. Coolers are not permitted, with the exception of small coolers for baby food and special needs.

We provide multiple filtered water stations throughout the fair.

Please bring your reusable water bottles!

All sales are final. Admission and alcohol tickets are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend the Fair, you may transfer the ticket to another party.

No canvassing or solicitation is allowed at the Gravenstein Apple Fair. Violators will have their materials confiscated and/or be removed from the fairgrounds. There is a Designated Free Speech area at the gazebo near the dog park in the east parking lot.

Climbing is NOT allowed on oak trees or Fair structures.

Crossing the split rail fences into protected areas is not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the fairgrounds.

Yes! Filtered drinking water is available at multiple stations throughout the Fair. You must bring your own water bottle. Look for the tall Hydrologic water signage to spot the stations.

Water in plastic bottles will NOT be sold at the Fair.

The Information Booth is located in the center of the Fair, under the oak trees, near seating for the music stage.

Ask one of our “aproned” volunteers to point the way if needed.

Restrooms are located in two areas: at the eastern border near the Early Days Engines; and at the northwest near the Kids’ Area.

Wheelchair accessible restrooms: Each block of restrooms has an ADA stall. Please refer to the Accessibility section above.

Beer, cider, and wine are served in multiple locations. Drink tickets are the only form of payment. They can be purchased with cash or credit card at the red-and-white-striped Alcohol Ticket Sales booths. 

In keeping with our zero waste goals, we do not serve alcohol in plastic cups. Guests may bring their own cups or can purchase commemorative glass pints and stemless wine/cider glasses at the Alcohol Ticket Sales booth. 

All tips at beer, wine, and cider tents go to support Sonoma County Farm Trails.

You can find an array of Gravenstein apples and apple products at Apple Alley, located next to the main entrance. Vendors will be selling fresh apples, apple desserts, pies, fritters, sauces, slushies, ice cream, and much more.

Dutton Ranch and Meyer Apples will be selling bulk Gravenstein apples by the bag or box.

Come early before they sell out!

If you just want to buy apples, you may enter the Fair for up to 30 minutes to buy apples. Check-in with staff at Will Call, and they will ask to hold your ID before you enter the Fair.

Find t-shirts, posters, magnets, flour sack towels, and more Fair-branded merchandise at the Country Store, located next to the Fritters Booth.

After the Fair, we will have merchandise for sale online on our store on GravensteinAppleFair.com.

Please give us a week to take inventory and prepare the store.

Starting this year, we will accept cash and credit payments throughout the Fair, including Apple Pay and tap-to-pay options.

• We still encourage guests to bring cash for the smoothest experience, as internet for attendees can be unreliable. Having cash on hand ensures a more seamless visit.
• ATMs are conveniently located throughout the fairgrounds, including just outside the main gate.

Traditionally, large festivals have created enormous amounts of garbage. Farm Trails is committed to making this a Zero Waste event—with your help.

• Water in plastic bottles will not be sold at the fair. Please bring your own refillable water bottle to use at our numerous filtered water stations.
• Filtered drinking water stations, where you can refill your bottle or glass, are clearly marked around the fairgrounds. 
• To minimize the use of plastics, all alcohol will be served in commemorative glasses (purchased at the Alcohol Ticket Sales booths and at the Country Store) or in recyclable cans. Yes! You may bring your own glass or cup for libations!
• Zero Waste Stations are staffed by volunteers who will assist guests in determining where to deposit waste (Pig Food, Compost, Recycling, or Landfill). 
• Food vendors will provide metal utensils that can be returned to any Zero Waste Station where they are collected and washed for reuse next year!
• We encourage biking, walking, and carpooling to the fair!

Childcare is not provided. You must stay with your children at all times, including at the Kids’ Area.

If you get separated from your child, look for an Apple Fair volunteer, staff, or security guard. Our full team will immediately work together to reunite children and parents, as that is a top priority. 

Children who are separated from their parents will be brought to the Information Booth.

Parents looking for children should go to the Information Booth.

Contact any staff, team member, or volunteer who can radio/seek help. Team members can be recognized by name badges, Fair shirts, radios, and/or Fair aprons.

On-site emergency services: Gold Ridge Fire Department, located on the east edge of the fairgrounds close to the ADA lot near park entrance, provides on-site emergency services.

A First Aid Kit can be found at the Information Booth.
