Vendor Application

Note: Due to space constraints at Ragle Park, we are making some changes in the vendor application process this year, including reducing the number of vendor slots, streamlining the application process, and transitioning to an invitation-only show.

The first round of applications are due by February 15th for invited vendors.

Booth fees are listed in the drop-down menus in the online applications and can be paid online or by check (payable to Sonoma County Farm Trails at P.O. Box 452/Sebastopol, CA 95473).

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • All vendors MUST comply with our Sustainability Guidelines.
  • Vendor applications must be submitted online. If you need help, please email gafvendors@gmail.com.
  • Only complete applications (including payment and required documentation) will be considered by our Vendor Selection Committee.
  • A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by all vendors.
  • We have five types of vendors: Arts/Crafts, Corporate, Farm, Food/Beverage, and Nonprofit. Be sure to sign up for the appropriate type of booth and the exact dimensions that you need.

Certificate of Insurance

Sonoma County Farm Trails requires all vendors to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Sonoma County Farm Trails as Additional Insured as part of their application process.  Vendors may purchase insurance through the insurer of their choice.

Some of our vendors utilize Artist Crafters & Tradesmen (ACT) insurance for non-food liability coverage and Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP) for food vendor liability coverage. They offer a discount coupon code for $5 off your policy: gravenstein5. You may use the links below for more information or to purchase coverage. Sonoma County Farm Trails offers this suggestion as a convenience to vendors, and does not endorse or receive any benefit from your use of this particular insurer.
