Bringing the Farm to the Fair
The Gravenstein Apple Fair is produced by Sonoma County Farm Trails. So, naturally, there is an entire venue dedicated to Life on the Farm as part of Farm Trails’ mission to “ensure the continuing economic viability of Sonoma County agriculture by instilling an appreciation of ag as a vital part of our community and lifestyle.” What better way to instill that appreciation than by bringing the farm to the fair?
Through our Life on the Farm Exhibit, you’ll gain a greater insight into the talent and effort required by our local ag superstars—while having bushels of fun. Learn new skills and watch ag-centric demos at the Farm Bureau Arena and Harmony Farm Supply’s Exhibit Area. Meet cute farm animals and the people who raise them at Richard & Saralee’s Farm Yard. And test your strength, speed, and knowledge of agriculture at the American Ag Credit Ag Games, in conjunction with CAFF and Young Farmers & Ranchers.
Life on the Farm is fun for the whole family, of all ages, abilities, and interests!
