Oliver’s Craft Cider Tent will be pouring 15 ciders made from local, fresh-pressed apples grown within 100 miles of the fair’s home – Ragle Ranch Park. This year’s Cider Tent is organized by a group of Sonoma County home cidermakers known as the GRAVS (Gold Ridge Apple Vintner’s Society).
